Why this role matters At Truliant Federal Credit Union, our financial services team helps members make confident decisions about their future. As a Financial Associate, you'll support both our financial advisors and an assigned book of investment clients, helping members identify goals, navigate options, and receive the service and follow up they deserve. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, staying organized in a regulated environment, and contributing to meaningful financial outcomes for members. What you'll do In this role, you'll help keep the investment program moving forward by supporting advisor activity, serving client needs, coordinating next steps, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll balance member service, licensed responsibilities, documentation, and collaboration with advisors, support partners, vendors, and Credit Union team members. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, your work will include helping execute marketing plan activities, partnering across the administrative team, attending required trainings, and contributing wherever support is needed to strengthen the overall investment program. What you bring We're looking for someone who brings financial services experience, strong follow through, comfort with licensed responsibilities, and a genuine commitment to serving members well.
