Business Systems Analyst III

Are you a meticulous UAT/End-to-End Test Analyst with a passion for ensuring flawless digital marketing campaigns? We're seeking a highly detailed and results-oriented individual to join a dynamic team, where your expertise will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of critical user-facing communications. In this role, you'll be instrumental in validating complex email marketing initiatives, ensuring every message reaches its audience perfectly and drives engagement across diverse platforms and languages.

What you'll do:

• Independently execute and track testing and validation efforts for marketing emails, covering configuration, delivery, user experience across different platforms, and overall campaign validation.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-level test coverage for existing functionalities and new features.
• Verify business logic and audience segmentation across various delivery cohorts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate closely with UAT, Build, and other business team members to streamline testing processes and achieve shared goals.
• Write automated tests using scripting languages to optimize testing efficiency and coverage.
• Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing feature and campaign testing alongside documentation and ensuring on-time delivery of testing results.
• Provide timely communication on status and progress through detailed Test Status reports, Test Metrics, Progress Reports, Coverage Reports, Defects Reports, and associated documentation.

What you'll bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing, with at least 3 years specifically in email or web-based production.
• 3+ years of experience designing test strategies and independently running test cycles for rapid delivery marketing campaigns utilizing email channels.
• Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS as it applies to email, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across various email clients and platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with campaign and audience segmentation principles and methods for marketing, such as splits, A/B tests, and holdouts.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a passion for 100% quality execution in your work.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Comfortable working with emails or content output in multiple languages (no need to understand or know the languages).
• Experience working on test automation using Python, Swift, or other related languages.
• Good experience with requirements analysis and advanced test design techniques for comprehensive test coverage.
• Excellent communication skills, results-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
