Responsibilities

Senior Data Engineer sought by Eagle Bancorp, Inc. d/b/a Eaglebank in Bethesda, MD. Build, optimize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, loading sources while ensuring data quality and integrity; support design and development of scalable data architectures and systems. Collaborate with internal customers to provide solutions for data exploration, analysis, modeling. Implement testing, validation and pipeline observability.



Qualifications

Requirements: Master's Degree in information systems, or a closely related field. Requires 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Data Engineer. Must have must have 2 years of experience using:

    Python, SQL, Snowflake
  • AWS (EMR, Lambda, S3, RDS)
  • CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
  • Manage and optimize PySpark
  • Must possess SnowPro Certification
