Summary of the Job: The role has broad accountability for two distinct business lines, the majority of the role is supporting Home Improvement Lending. 1.Home Improvement Lending (HIL) - Leading a team responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with contractors, dealers, and organizations that offer FNBO lending solutions to consumers seeking financing for home improvement projects. 2.Card Personalization Solutions - Leading a business development associate responsible for acquiring organizations that require card issuance and personalization services, including gift cards, debit cards, credit cards, and related payment card solutions. This role develops and executes business growth strategies, establishes long-term client acquisition plans, manages business development resources, and influences outcomes across multiple departments and stakeholders. In addition to leading business development for HIL and Card Personalization, they will also play a leadership role in the overall business development team including the Cobrand and Financial Institution credit card business development space. This position contributes to the long-term growth strategy of the full business while ensuring annual revenue, client acquisition, and profitability objectives are achieved. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $160,298.00-$272,508.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
