What You'll Do



  • Develops and executes the long-term distribution network strategy aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, operational scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Provides strategic leadership and accountability for distribution center relocation, startup, expansion, and infrastructure initiatives while ensuring operational readiness and business continuity.
  • Evaluates network capacity, service requirements, future growth needs, and distribution infrastructure opportunities to support business expansion
  • Develops and executes logistics and freight strategies that enhance service performance, improve efficiency, and optimize transportation and distribution costs.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and optimization of Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) capabilities and related governance processes.
  • Drives operational excellence initiatives that improve service, quality, productivity, cost performance, and overall distribution network effectiveness.
  • Develops business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations supporting network investments, infrastructure projects, and growth initiatives.
  • Identifies and delivers measurable cost savings, productivity improvements, and return on investment through network optimization and logistics initiatives.
  • Evaluates and recommends technologies, automation solutions, and process enhancements that strengthen
    distribution and logistics capabilities and support future growth.
  • Leads complex cross-functional initiatives involving Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Leads, develops, and coaches team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on distribution network opportunities, risks, investments, and long term planning initiatives.
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, own it, solve it, and do it.
  • Leadership responsibilities include selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.
  • Assesses staff and provides timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness.Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.


What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or another related discipline required. Master's degree preferred.
* 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, transportation, operational excellence, or related disciplines, including leadership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience leading distribution center startup, relocation, expansion, network optimization, or other large-scale infrastructure and transformation initiatives.
* Experience with logistics, freight strategy, continuous improvement methodologies, and distribution network optimization; Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) experience preferred.
* Computer proficient to include MS project, web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, MS Office to include Advanced Excel skills and the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint. Technical competence includes theability to learn new software and systems.
* Experience using artificial intelligence productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Clauderequired/preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range $130,000-$150,000 USD Annual Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
