Overview
The Windows Solutions Specialist Enablement lead equips Windows Solutions Specialists to engage enterprise customers and move them through the funnel with confidence. This is a marketing role that owns the enablement system for the Specialist cohort: the knowledge platform, sales plays, readiness, and certification that make Specialists effective in front of customers. This is a Sales Enablement Lead that acts as a feedback loop between category, the Solution Specialists and Product Group to build the content required to advance the sale and effectively position Windows in the market - translating technical proof into Specialist-ready plays, talk tracks, demos, objection handling, etc. - and aligns that source material to the stages of the sales funnel so every asset maps to the customer conversation and stage where a Specialist needs it. This role will also work with the broader Microsoft sales and learning teams to curate and create content, certifications and integrate Windows devices into those tools and platforms. This is a hands-on delivery role for a builder. It requires enablement and content craft, instructional design, fluency with Sales funnel stages, comfort with AI-powered enablement platforms, and the ability to orchestrate across a matrix of stakeholders. This role builds and runs the engine that ensures Windows Solutions Specialists have the right skilling and tools to successfully engage customers through the sales funnel. The right person will take the technical field source content and GTM priorities and turn them into the tools, plays, training, and knowledge platform - aligned to the MCEM funnel - that make Specialists credible with customers, effective through the funnel, and connected to the SMEs, investments, and partners that close deals. For internal candidates, this is a high-visibility marketing delivery role at the center of a shared, advisor-led motion. For external candidates, it is a chance to build a new enterprise sales enablement discipline inside one of Microsoft's most important platform businesses.
