As a Software Engineer II on the Microsoft Store team, you will be a versatile, AI-forward engineer who ships across the full stack (frontend, backend, services, and data) without being boxed into a single layer. In a world where AI amplifies what one engineer can deliver, we are looking for someone who uses modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tooling and agentic workflows to move faster, raise quality, and take end-to-end ownership of meaningful problems. You will own workflows in areas such as platform, accessibility, security, and service health, and you will help the team fold AI into how we design, build, test, and operate our app, web, and service surfaces. #W+DJOBS Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
