As a Principal Product Manager on the Copilot & Agent Platform PM team, you will define and drive product strategy for our agent runtime, orchestration, and extensibility platform while fostering a culture of experimentation, inclusion, and excellence. Working at the intersection of large language models, developer tooling, and platform engineering, you will operate in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where agility, clarity, and bold thinking are essential. You will translate customer and partner needs into scalable product strategy and set an example for AI-forward product leadership by balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and long-term thinking with rapid iteration. This opportunity will allow you to grow as a product leader while working on platform capabilities that shape the future of M365 Copilot and agent experiences. You will gain hands-on experience shaping the architecture of agentic AI systems at a scale which few teams in the industry can offer. You will deepen your technical product acumen and strengthen your ability to drive clarity across complex cross-functional initiatives. This position is based in Redmond, Washington and requires the employee be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Responsibilities

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
