Be Bold. Required Qualifications Education Work requires a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a computer related field. Experience Work requires 4 years of progressive programming or database administration experience to include design, implementation, tuning, backup, recovery Preferred Qualifications * Advanced experience building analytics products, dashboards, automated reporting routines, or AI-enabled workflow tools in a complex enterprise environment. * Ability to combine business intelligence, scripting, automation, and AI-enabled methods into solutions that reduce manual work and improve decision quality. * Comfort supporting multiple business verticals with different data sources, operating cadences, stakeholders, and performance questions. * Strong documentation, development discipline, quality control, and training orientation. * Built or sustained Power BI dashboards, advanced data models, automated analytics products, or repeatable business intelligence tools. * Used Python or comparable development methods to automate data preparation, reporting, analysis, quality checks, or workflow support. * Created or supported AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, or advanced productivity tools within appropriate governance expectations. * Trained analysts or business users on analytics tools, dashboard sustainment, automation practices, or AI-enabled development methods. * Demonstrated ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms and create tools that drive action, not just reporting output.
