Job Purpose Test, troubleshoot and repair products per specified ATPs at established test stations. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications AA/AAS Degree in Electronics/Technician Certificate from an accredited technical source; must include digital electronics and microprocessor training 1-2 years electronics testing experience Understanding of logic diagrams and Boolean logic Ability to read and follow work instructions and provide feedback for improvement Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools, including pallet jacks Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings Proficiency with oscilloscope, VOM, and other test equipment Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management Desired Qualifications Ability to solder and desolder Ability to apply conformal coating material General Job Requirements General Job Requirements Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch Must be able to stand for long periods of time Employees must always wear personal protective equipment and in the proper manner This position requires working in a plant/warehouse environment Expect varying working conditions Must be able and willing to work varying schedules which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays Must be able to lift 25 pounds/11.5 kilos on occasions EnerSys provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
