Join our Department of Critical Care and play a key role in supporting the education and development of future healthcare professionals. As aProgram Coordinator, you'll manage the operational rhythm behind critical care education, partnering with physician leaders, program teams, and learners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate ICU schedules for medical students, interns, and residents
• Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Emergency Department leaders, residency and fellowship coordinators, and program management
• Plan and organize Critical Care Grand Rounds and departmental educational programs
• Support Critical Care Education Governance Council meetings and related initiatives
• Maintain and update educational platforms, including Canvas and SharePoint
• Assist the Vice Chair of Education with evaluations, reporting, and new educational initiatives
• Serve as a key point of contact for faculty, learners, vendors, and other stakeholders

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications:Driver's license may be required based on department business need.
3. Experience: One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required. Some roles may require experience in a specific program area.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Strong computer skills.
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A

The pay range for this position is $45,697.60to $60,902.40per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
