This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate and significant impact, driving momentum across key programs and events for a global leader.

About the Role

This critical contract role, spanning 6-8 weeks as maternity leave coverage, offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the Partnership Lead for strategic partner initiatives. You will ensure seamless program execution, event coordination, and campaign momentum across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. Your ability to quickly integrate into active programs and manage high-stakes deadlines will be key to your success, directly contributing to the continued growth and visibility of our client's strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary driver for a major annual event during the coverage window. Manage pre-event campaign creation, promotional pushes, on-site support, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships for key partner events, including prominent industry conferences and innovation tours.
  • Execute partner marketing campaigns and content for a strategic partnership, including key partner programs, marketplace initiatives, and co-innovation programs.
  • Develop and distribute marketing collateral and communications for major global systems integrator (GSI) and systems integrator (SI) co-branded campaigns.
  • Oversee budget tracking, event logistics (room reservations, ancillary events), campaign asset development, and multi-region reporting.
  • Maintain momentum on all active workstreams and deliver clean documentation at the end of the coverage period.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, program management, or event execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly on active programs with minimal onboarding time.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting fixed, high-stakes event deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a leading technology client's partner marketing division or a strategic partner ecosystem.
  • Experience coordinating global, multi-region events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Familiarity with global systems integrator (GSI) and systems integrator (SI) co-branded campaign structures.
  • Experience working within client-furnished device (CFD) environments and standard third-party security policies.

Core Competencies

  • Comfortable stepping into a fast-moving, live program mid-stream.
  • Exceptional follow-through, budget tracking, and time management.
  • Skilled at working independently while remaining aligned with global stakeholders across regions.
