Responsibilities

  • Partner with designers and producers to comprehensively assess current workflows, identify pain points, and define requirements for the new design platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the core project team to architect a robust workspace, establish permission models, and develop governance frameworks that align with strategic business needs.
  • Configure and deploy the new design platform's workspaces, libraries, and access groups, ensuring optimal setup and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training programs for users, ranging from foundational skills to advanced techniques, fostering widespread proficiency.
  • Drive comprehensive adoption and change management strategies, including developing compelling communications and engagement plans.
  • Serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support for the new design platform.
  • Monitor the design platform's product roadmap, evaluating new features and cascading relevant updates to the team.
  • Liaise with the platform provider's internal team to stay informed on feature roadmaps and integration opportunities with other internal tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the design ecosystem.
  • Ensure that all workspaces, files, and access permissions adhere strictly to data classification, confidentiality, and secrecy requirements, particularly for unreleased or sensitive product and design work.

  • Extensive experience driving the adoption of new practices, processes, or tools across multiple teams or organizations.
  • Comfort operating within a highly confidential environment, exhibiting sound judgment regarding access control, secrecy, and information-handling policies.
