You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist customers and employees, and communicate professionally with store teams. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and retail associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockrooms, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or hazards to appropriate site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
