PART TIME Fitness Desk Attendant
Overview: As a Fitness Desk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our fitness center. You will assist members and guests with inquiries, oversee facility cleanliness and organization, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere conducive to a positive fitness experience. Responsibilities: * Know and greet members by name. * Registering member/guests by last name first, first name last and always get proper billing information, requests and gender preference. * Maintain cleanliness of locker room and wet areas throughout am and pm shifts. * Assist in keeping all Fitness/Tennis storage space clean and organized. * Review communication logbook at the start of each shift. Record information regarding member/guest issues, housekeeping, engineering, pools, hot tubs and steam rooms to shift supervisor/manager. * Complete and initial all opening and closing checklist and turn into shift supervisor/manager. * Know current hours of operation for the following areas: Fitness, Spa Salon, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennisand Pool Cabana. Qualifications: * 6 months' experience and training in similar position in the hotel/resort/guest service industry. * It is helpful to have some computer experience as well as MICROS experience. * Must have excellent phone skills. * The Associate is often required to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. * Ability moderate weight. | |
