Job Description




As a Security Officer Driver Field Patrol in Southaven, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare-related location.
  • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff information in alignment with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
