Work Environment: The work environment for a Slot Technician includes both casino and off-site warehouse settings. This role may involve exposure to bright and flashing lights, elevated noise levels, dust, airborne allergens, and other environmental factors. Technicians must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging or high-pressure situations professionally.

Must be 21 years of age or older. (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. (required) Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. (required) Must have a minimum of two years of experience as a casino Slot Technician or in a related electronic repair role, such as video gaming terminals (VGTs), gaming arcades, computer repair, or similar technical environments (required) Must have a working knowledge of computers and software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. (required) Must have a base-line knowledge of casino gaming rules and regulations. Illinois specifically preferred but not required (required) Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
