Description
First Merchants Bank is seeking a FP&A Senior Financial Analyst I to join our team. This is a hybrid position with required weekly in-office days at our office in Daleville, IN. This position will deliver reporting, detailed analysis and executive summaries of financial information, including margin, variances, trends and KPIs for multiple business segments across the company; provide analysis to support development of the annual plan; identify, develop, and support implementation of process improvements.
