In this pivotal role, you will ensure that patients receive their prescriptions accurately and promptly, directly contributing to their satisfaction and the smooth operation of essential health services. Your precision and commitment to patient support will make a tangible difference in people's lives every day, driving the success of vital health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians to ensure smooth medication delivery.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Serve as a critical link, escalating complex prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for expert interpretation or providing clear guidance on processing.
  • Engage with patients and physicians through inbound and/or outbound calls, providing support and facilitating communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the fulfillment process.


Required Qualifications



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Have either a valid Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or Pharmacy Technician License for the State of Texas.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
  • Be able to work 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
