Position Summary:This Compliance Specialist I is responsible for ensuring the company's operations adhere to Federal Firearms regulations. This role requires 1-3 years of professional work experience in a role requiring a high level of detail. The Compliance Specialist I involves a wide range of tasks within the Compliance and Legal Group, requiring meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual will collaborate with all and any manufacturing groups within the company, Sales (inside/external), Customer Service, Engineering, Management, Shipping, Warehouse, outside vendors, ATF, and LE Agencies FLSA: Non-exempt Job Duties and Responsibilities: *Manage and review compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy in all submissions and records.
