The Store Stocker plays a key role in ensuring Ben E. Keith products are consistently well-stocked, properly displayed, and competitively positioned within our customers' retail locations. In this role, you will be responsible for rotating inventory, replenishing coolers, displays, and hot shelves, and maintaining attractive product presentations that support sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with retail partners to ensure our products are always available and represented to the highest standards. Successful Store Stockers have significant opportunities for advancement into sales and other leadership roles within the company. * Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves and displays * Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers * Maintain designated back stock area at customer location; ensure area is organized and free of trash * Maintain product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock regularly * Remain aware of all Ben E. Keith product offerings and the individual value they provide * Communicate all sales and merchandising opportunities or challenges (product placements, out of stocks, out of code), as well as any competitive activity, to Manager * Project a friendly, professional image at all times. * Prioritize multiple, competing priorities * Attend meetings as required * Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy * Ensure company equipment is in safe, working condition; reports any incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor * Perform other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: * Basic computer skills preferred * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments * Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment * Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail * Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities * Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations * Must be able to read and write English * Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear * Must have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record * Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply We offer employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in collaborative, results-driven environments supported by competitive benefits, including:
