Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$23.57 - $31.83 / hour

Performs inventory control, bookkeeping and administrative functions. Manages, orients and trains staff and volunteers. Coordinates daily operation activities such as floor coverage, pricing and displaying merchandise.

Alignment with access medical to provide more durable medical equipment selection, operates as a closet retail of access medical. Educate patients on insurance plans and provisions, financial responsibility, and collection of patient portion. Ensure all necessary documentation and authorization is obtained as it relates to payer requirements. Track, maintain, and order inventory for one or multiple locations.

Responsible for preauthorization, fitting of breast and lymphedema products, billing procedure.

Provides expertise in fitting wigs, prosthetic breast forms, mastectomy bras and lymphedema garments. Provides an outstanding customer service experience. Coordinates the schedule of the massage services.

Two locations: Cookies Boutique at Regional Cancer Center and Cookies Boutique at Bonita Health Center.

Education: Associate degree required or two years of post-high school education or training in a related field may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of two years retail experience required.

Certification: Certification in mastectomy fitting required. Certified in lymphedema fitting.
