Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Prime Contract Professional to work on our Management and Operations team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. The Prime Contact Professional supports key relationships between the laboratory and the applicable federal agency. You will Integrate contract administration, government relations, and business operations while leveraging contractual expertise to ensure compliance, performance assurance, and strategic alignment, positioning the laboratory as a trusted partner by guiding decisions, removing barriers, and managing risk. Responsibilities include providing strategic contractual consultation to laboratory leadership at all levels on complex contract issues, compliance strategies, requirements, and risk mitigation. Job Information: The pay range for this position is: Level 3-Salary grade 430 ($66,504- $136,356)/ Level 4-Salary grade 440 ($79,344- $162,732)
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in an office environment and in operational/research areas. The job requires hand/finger dexterity to type, handle materials, manipulate tools, and reach with hands and arms. The job also requires the operation of office equipment.
