The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Hillsboro, NH based marketing team; thisteam is responsible for all aspects of marketing - from brand strategy and stewardship, paid/organic/retail media, new product launches, consumer insights and analytics, creative development and messaging, digital/website/eCommerce/community activation, and overall marketing excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will have a strong ability to understand and conceptualize from tactical execution to long-term strategic big picture, to drive results against the overall established goals. Lead, develop, and execute consumer and brand marketing, portfolio analytics, budget initiatives(forecast/reconciliation) that drive business growth and strengthen brand equity. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking & planning, campaign development, and exceptional analytical capabilities to translate consumer and business data into actionable marketing strategies and measurable results.

This is a hybrid based position, with a preference for candidates located within the Greater New England area, as this role requires the ability to work on-site at least 1 day/week at our Hillsboro, NH office.

Consumer Marketing Management

  • Monitor marketplace and competitive dynamics to ensure marketing relevance and effectiveness.
  • Drive consistent and ownable brand positioning. Ensure integration of all marketing mix elements, driving cohesive and impactful messaging.
  • Lead high-visibility brand initiatives from strategy development through execution.
  • Develop clear and effective creative briefs and manage agency partners from briefing through implementation.
  • Measure performance through ongoing tracking against established goals, optimize programs in real time, and conduct post-campaign analyses for all key initiatives, and share with cross-functional partners.

Media Planning & Performance Marketing

  • Full understanding across multiple platforms - digital, search, social, CTV, television, radio, podcast, and other emerging channels. Manage and optimize marketing investments.
  • Develop brief and budget parameters based on prior analysis and reporting to optimize media strategies, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of media agency partners in campaign execution, ongoing optimization, reporting, and value-added opportunities.
  • Ability to fully analyze campaign performance (i.e., MMM, Brand-level view on sales, etc.) and continuously optimize delivery against established KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners for campaign setup, trafficking, tagging, and reporting with a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity and measurement accuracy.
  • Partner with digital/social team to plan, drive and measure year-over-year KPIs to optimize and achieve goals and brand consistency.
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid, owned, and earned media channels, where applicable.
Who we are looking for

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA or related Master's degree highly preferred.

Experience

Minimum 8+ years minimum hands-on progressive experience with the following criteria:

  • Consumer marketing and brand management experience within CPG.
  • Management, analysis, and optimization of paid and organic media campaigns with media agency day-to-day oversight and evaluation.
    • Proven success managing traditional, digital, social, and omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Budget forecasting and reconciliation
  • Consumer research, segmentation, brand health tracking, and insights development.
  • A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Well versed in data and analytics tools, including Circana, MMM, HH Panel, and related tools, preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
