Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for processing and tracking shipments, coordinating daily carrier pickups, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring shipping supplies, and resolving fulfillment issues. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently with spreadsheets, ERP systems, and operational tracking tools.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage daily fulfillment and shipping activities.
  • Create shipping labels and process orders using shipping and ERP systems.
  • Coordinate daily carrier pickups and resolve local shipping issues.
  • Ship marketing materials, product samples, packaging supplies, and customer support items.
  • Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.
  • Track orders and shipments through customer portals and internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, and other office inventory.
  • Monitor packaging and shipping supplies and reorder materials as needed.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and communicate equipment or supply needs.
  • Assist with resolving shipping, inventory, fulfillment, and order-related issues.
  • Maintain operational trackers, records, and reports.
  • Support Sales, Customer Care, IT, and other cross-functional teams with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Provide professional and responsive support to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Work independently and proactively manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Support additional operational projects and duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in operations, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets, data, trackers, and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping systems.
  • Experience using an ERP system.
  • Experience with Sage, SAP, or similar business systems.
  • At least one year of supply chain experience or knowledge.
  • Experience creating shipping labels and processing fulfillment orders.
