Compensation: $26.52/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours/week 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:
  • Perform weekly maintenance on production equipment to support safe and reliable operation.
  • Follow production plans and established standards to meet customer requirements.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to complete daily priorities and maintain productivity.
  • Address and resolve team conflicts professionally while promoting a positive, team-focused environment.
  • Participate in cost improvement initiatives that support customer needs and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process technician roles.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel/Word).
  • Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team player to meet and keep standards and to get the job done.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

  • You will need to be available to work second or third shift depending on business needs.
  • Must be able available to work occasional weekend shift (be available for service support on a 24-hour basis, including weekends) depending on business needs and be able to stand for an extended period of time.
