What You'll Do:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market conditions, and develop effective interview and hiring strategies.
- Build customized sourcing plans for 15-25 open requisitions, using direct sourcing, networking, job postings, social media, and targeted outreach.
- Expand talent pipelines by developing relationships with diverse talent communities, specialty groups, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to introduce recruiting best practices, tools, methodologies, and process improvements.
- Manage candidate compensation discussions and negotiate compelling offers that support successful hires and a positive candidate experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
- 5+ years of experience with Full cycle talent acquisition in the technical space.
- 5+ years of experience in all sourcing methods including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, networking, and with diversity sourcing.
- 5+ years of experience building credibility with hiring managers and using market knowledge to advise on talent strategy
What Sets You Apart:
- Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and employment law.
- Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking system, common desktop applications, and social media usage.
- Experience with SuccessFactors.
