Welding Lead 1st Shift (West Bend) Job Locations

Overview Metalcraft of Mayville's West Bend facility has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Welding Department Lead in our Scag Welding area. Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Weld Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor in overseeing both the manual and robotic weld department. This person may perform all types of welding, as well as give instruction to the welders. This role is responsible for acting as a good role model for the rest of the development and for keeping the department organized and clean. Required Knowledge and Abilities:
Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.
