Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to expand your influence beyond design and into project leadership? Do you enjoy guiding projects, collaborating with clients, and helping teams deliver innovative infrastructure solutions?

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Water Team in Orlando, FL. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations while contributing technical expertise to projects that enhance public health, environmental stewardship, and community resilience.



What You'll Do:

    Manage water/wastewater projects from development of project proposals through completion, providing environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships
  • Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
  • Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
  • Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
  • Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
  • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required, including 2 years of project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
  • Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:

$94,000 - $117,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
