Role SummaryAs a Digital Product Analyst Senior, you will help shape and improve key digital platforms, with a focus on contact center technology and Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) solutions. You'll turn business and customer needs into clear requirements, use data and research to guide decisions, and partner with technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
