What You'll Do
As a key leader in service delivery, you'll blend hands-on advocacy with strategic coordination:


  • Empower & Advocate:Oversee a diverse caseload of up to 22 individuals, creating dynamic, individual-centered programs that support personal growth and independence.
  • Lead Annual Meetings & Assessments:Coordinate and present key assessments (CFA, POM, SIS), lead annual review meetings, and present before the Human Rights Committee.
  • Collaborate for Success:Build strong partnerships with Home Supervisors, families, guardians, and Service Coordinators to seamlessly drive admission dates and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Coach & Innovate:Train direct care staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop innovative service methodologies.
  • Maintain High Standards:Monitor the quality of care provided and maintain clear, professional documentation.

What You Bring to the Team


  • Education:REQUIRED -Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field


  • Experience:At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.


  • Expertise:Deep knowledge of habilitative services, Intermediate Care Facilities state regulations, and behavior intervention techniques.


  • Certifications:QIDP / QMRP certification (or state eligibility), Med Aide 40, CPR/First Aid and Mandt certification required (if you do not have then required to obtain after hire).


  • Core Competencies:Exceptional critical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, excellent written communication, and structured time-management skills.
