The Quality Control (QC) Helper Role Definition: The Quality Control (QC) Helper assists the Quality Control (QC) Inspector in ensuring that electrical construction activities comply with project-specific codes, standards, and specifications. This role involves supporting the QC team in inspecting and organizing quality control tasks to promote efficiency and compliance on the construction project site. The QC Helper works alongside the QC Inspector and other field teams to help monitor electrical installations and identify any quality issues. The QC Helper typically reports to the QC Inspector or Quality Control Manager and assists in upholding quality standards and ensuring adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC), and project-specific requirements. This position is designed for individuals looking to learn and develop their skills in quality control, with the opportunity to progress to the QC Inspector role in the future. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in electrical work preferred.
Employee must also be able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime, per the needs of the project (weekends and holidays included). What We Offer:
