Location: Burbank, WA Division:Road, Transport US Summary The Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily transportation and operational activities by ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining data integrity, coordinating information across multiple systems, and providing administrative support to operations leadership. This position serves as a central point of communication between operations, management, and support departments to ensure the efficient flow of information and uninterrupted operational performance. Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this role. This role operates across both office and active yard and warehouse environments, where the employee may be exposed to varying temperatures, outdoor weather conditions, and noise levels consistent with active transportation and logistics operation. Adherence to all applicable safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements is expected when working in yard and warehouse areas. The employee works in a fast-paced operational setting and may be required to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, respond to time-sensitive transportation issues, and maintain focus during periods of high activity. Extended hours may occasionally be required to support operational needs, driver scheduling, or service continuity. For this position, the expected base pay range is $27.00 - $28.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
