About the Opportunity:

The Quality Engineering Intern will work under the direction of a Quality Engineering Supervisor to assist and perform basic quality related administrative tasks including documenting nonconforming products, scrap analysis, and data entry. This individual will also review and revise inspection documents, complete drawing and specification revisions, and other related projects. This temporary internship offers the opportunity to learn the basic technical skills in preparation for an entry level Quality Engineering career.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current enrollment in or graduation from a degree/certificate program in a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A GPA of 3.0 or better in all quality related coursework
  • Prior experience in interpreting basic blueprints, customer specifications, and engineering sketches, preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires work to be performed in an office environment and on the production floor which may have a moderate level of noise.
