The Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
- Develop and execute innovative social media, digital, and web campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, ensuring flawless implementation and alignment with marketing objectives
- Submit and proof creative requests for all advertising media, including direct mail, digital marketing assets, printed collateral, and outdoor signage, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Bally's Chicago across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Manage and respond to website-based guest inquiries, maintaining a consistent, informative, and welcoming tone while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with planning and executing special events from slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawings
- Execute drawings and events as needed on the casino floor
- Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities, peripheral oversight, and distinguish color
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.

Qualifications
Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older. (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. (required)
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. (required)
A minimum of six months of related experience and training. (required)
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (required)
Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily. (required)
Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays. (required)
