This includes providing excellent customer service to our departments, central university stakeholders, and other colleges within the university. The overall department is in charge of planning and execution of the college's finance and procurement related initiatives and processes including financial management and budgeting, forecasting and modeling, and financial controls. About the Position: The Financial Analyst provides operational financial support to assigned academic and administrative units within the College of Science. The position performs financial reconciliations, budget monitoring, routine financial reporting, and transactional financial activities to support sound fiscal management and compliance with university policies. Working under general supervision, the Financial Analyst assists departmental leadership by providing accurate financial information, supporting budget development activities, and identifying discrepancies requiring further review. The position contributes to effective financial operations through attention to detail, customer service, and adherence to established procedures.
