Description At Gensler, Design Strategy is about helping organizations navigate change and unlock new possibilities. Our New York Strategy Studio is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead complex client engagements and help shape the future of our growing practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and trusted advisor who brings expertise from workplace strategy, management consulting, real estate strategy, change management, experience strategy, or a related field. You'll work with leading organizations across corporate, cultural, and real estate sectors, helping them solve complex business challenges through innovative strategies that align people, place, technology, and organizational goals. We're looking for someone who is equally energized by delivering exceptional client outcomes, developing teams, and contributing to the evolution of our practice. The ideal candidate brings prior experience leading strategy or consulting engagements and can contribute immediately as a client-facing leader, mentor, and trusted advisor.
This role combines client leadership, project delivery, business development, and team mentorship. You'll oversee multiple engagements, guide multidisciplinary teams, contribute to practice growth, and help strengthen Gensler's strategic advisory capabilities in New York and across the firm. **The base salary range will be estimated between $117,500 - $140,000. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
