Join Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Regulatory Interpretations team as a North America Regulatory Reporting Specialist, supporting the accuracy and completeness of derivatives transaction reporting and other regulatory obligations across global markets. Our team partners closely with business and operations functions to provide regulatory guidance, helping drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, regulatory risk management, and compliance culture across our businesses.
In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative global team that values both individual development and collective expertise. While working across jurisdictions and regions, your initial focus will be on enhancing and supporting reporting obligations under key North American regulatory regimes, including the CFTC, SEC, and Canadian reporting frameworks. What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a subject matter expert in North American transaction reporting requirements, you will apply and further develop your knowledge of regulatory reporting obligations and the diverse range of transactions conducted across our businesses. You will have the opportunity to continually expand your expertise by engaging with new business activities and providing regulatory advice on the application of global reporting requirements and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
This role is particularly well suited to someone currently working in a Legal, Compliance, or Regulatory Advisory capacity who is looking to apply their regulatory and/or derivatives documentation expertise in a practical business environment. It offers significant exposure to a broad range of derivatives products, business activities, and regulatory challenges across global markets.

Salary range for this position: $200,000- $230,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
