Here at Lakeside Foods, our HR team is a valued resource. Are you peoplefocused with strong organizational skills? Lakeside Foods is excited to announce an opening for aHuman Resources Clerkat ourWeston facility - a role responsible for shaping the employee experience from day one!

This position is responsible for providing general HR support for the organization in areas such as staffing, HR policies, training, and record keeping. This position performs a wide variety of clerical/human resource functions including typing, filing, data entry, answering telephones and greeting outside parties. This position is expected to comply with Lakeside Foods policies and procedures, operational work plans, company calendar and teamwork expectations in the conduct of professional activities as communicated by the manager.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or bilingual environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills & Abilities

• Multilingual communication skills with the ability to effectively engage a diverse workforce across languages and cultures.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential personnel and company information.
• Strong analytical abilities to collect, verify, and summarize data from various sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
