JOB OVERVIEW: The Sales Operations Analyst / Commercial Coordinator will serve as the central coordination point for the international commercial business, supporting strategy execution, pipeline management, contract and customer administration, and data governance.
This role is critical to enabling the transition to a centralized operating model by ensuring that commercial data, processes, and partner interactions are structured, consistent, and owned internally. The position will support the overall International Business team with operational discipline, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making across global markets.
The role is designed to increase organizational scalability and enable commercial leaders to focus on growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Own and maintain centralized pipeline tracking across all international markets, ensuring consistent documentation, accurate data, and visibility into pipeline progression, risks, delays, and gaps.
- Standardize commercial data collection from in-market managers and partners, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness across markets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to support business reviews, decision-making, and ongoing monitoring of market and commercial performance.
- Manage and coordinate demand planning, IMS reporting, P&L organization in partnership with Finance, rebate and trade tracking, and commercial budget processes, including AOP, LE, and monthly forecasts.
- Analyze market and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention, and communicate relevant insights to leadership.
- Support the Business Development team with partner meeting materials, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and other commercial analyses.
- Track contract status and key commercial obligations, coordinating with Legal and internal stakeholders to support timely contract execution and consistent commercial standards across markets.
- Serve as a central coordination point between in-market managers, partners, and the U.S. team, establishing consistent communication cadence, reporting formats, and deliverables.
- Maintain direct coordination with partner administration teams on demand, reporting, ordering, pricing, and other commercial processes to ensure information is accurate and actions are completed appropriately.
- Support procure-to-pay activities by submitting and tracking rebate credits and debits and coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Consolidate commercial and P&L information into structured summaries for leadership and support preparation for internal business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, data governance, reporting, and cross-market coordination to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Take ownership of assigned processes and deliverables, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution across cross-functional teams.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experiencein sales operations, commercial operations, business analytics, international business, finance, or a related function.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities involving multiple markets, internal teams, customers, or external partners.
- Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of processes, identify issues, and drive timely resolution in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing commercial, sales, financial, or market performance data. Including developing or maintaining reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance analyses.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Ability to analyze information, identify trends and risks, and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of processes, and operate effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial operations, international business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting international or multi-market commercial organizations.
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, P&L reporting, AOP, LE, trade spend, rebates, or budget management.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, business intelligence, or sales reporting systems.
- Experience supporting contract administration and commercial documentation.
- Experience in a consumer product, pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other multinational commercial environments.
- Familiarity with process standardization, data governance, and centralized operating models.
