Position Summary

Odyssey is recruiting to fill a Senior Management Analyst (Recruitment & Placement) supporting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Design, execute, and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to build and sustain a pipeline of qualified, pre-screened candidates for designated program vacancies.
  • Promotes diverse sourcing channels, including specialized niche job boards, professional networks, industry events, and employee referral programs.
  • Maintain active communication with passive candidate pools to minimize sourcing time-to-fill when vacancies occur.
  • Develop targeted outreach initiatives to attract diverse candidate populations and specialized skill sets (e.g., cleared personnel, technical subject matter experts).
  • Supports the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure high-quality candidates are efficiently guided from initial application through final offer acceptance.
  • Conducts initial candidate screenings, structured behavioral interviews, and preliminary qualification assessments against established position descriptions.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all interview stages with relevant government or contractor hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications, including interview preparation, feedback delivery, and realistic job previews to maximize retention and candidate experience.
  • Ensure all recruited personnel meet the baseline federal, contractual, and security clearance requirements prior to onboarding.
  • Verify candidate eligibility, including education credentials, professional certifications, and employment history.
  • Coordinate with facility security officers (FSOs) to confirm and track the clearance status of candidates requiring access to classified environments or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Ensure all recruitment processes strictly comply with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations.
  • Maintain and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record recruiting actions and generate performance metrics for government leadership.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Drop-off Rates, and Sourcing Channel Effectiveness.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly recruiting activity reports outlining active openings, pipeline volume, and potential staffing risks to the Director of Personnel.


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Secret

Education:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
  • 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to coordinate, consolidate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, suspenses, and responses while ensuring all administrative taskers/packages meet required deadlines.
  • Skilled in building proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging niche job boards, networks, events, and maintaining passive candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to use an Applicant Tracking System to track actions and generate metrics such as TimetoFill, Quality of Hire, and candidate dropoff rates.
