What You Will Do as a Merchandising Intern: Assist in department organizational needs Merchandising showrooms Cleaning /Organizing work rooms Prepping rooms for presentations Assist in product needs Issue Sample orders Ship garments Cull obsolete inventory Issue Style Change Requests Prepping product for presentations Line analysis Competitive Analysis Skills for Success: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel) Web Savvy Ability to work independently Have the ability to multi-task, work in an organized manner and be detailed oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills Merchandising/Product Development education or experience preferred but not necessary. Time Management
