GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Manager oversees the quality process to ensure key business metrics and customer product requirements are met. Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to ensuring quality of raw materials, custom color orders, and finished products, serving as the primary liaison for third party testing, implementing Lean and Six Sigma processes, and continuous improvement with responsibility for ISO quality systems and compliance. WORK LOCATION: Onsite PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $105,265 and $131,581. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
