About the Role

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.



  • Receiving and organizing raw materials in inventory
  • Gathering ingredients and transporting them to the syrup room for blending
  • Mixing syrup ingredients following established procedures and quality standards
  • Running control tests on finished syrups to ensure great taste and consistency
  • Unloading liquid sweetener deliveries
  • Preparing and monitoring production line equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitizing batch tanks and equipment
  • Performing laboratory tests (including bacteriology, CO, and HPLC testing)
  • Maintaining accurate records, logs, and quality documentation
  • Troubleshooting and documenting production line issues
  • Supporting water treatment systems, including RO systems
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Following all food safety regulations (FSMA, HACCP, HARPC), GMP, and sanitation guidelines

What You'll Bring:


  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong basic math skills
  • A general understanding of chemicals (or willingness to learn)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Basic computer experience (helpful, but not required)
  • Lifting up to 55 lbs regularly (and occasionally 75-100 lbs)
  • Climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and twisting as needed
  • Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
  • Working overtime when needed (up to 64 hours/week)
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
