About The Role:

At Wis-Pak, we know that great teams are built by great people. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused Shipping Clerk to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy staying organized, communicating with others, and making sure things get where they need to go, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:

As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play an important role in coordinating both incoming and outgoing shipments, helping ensure products are received and delivered accurately and on time.



  • Preparing and verifying shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff, drivers, and carriers to manage dock schedules
  • Maintaining accurate shipment and inventory records using company software
  • Monitoring daily load schedules and communicating potential issues
  • Professionally answering phones and radio communications
  • Organizing shipping documents and records
  • Working closely with production teams regarding orders, shortages, and schedule changes
  • Following all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping standards

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working collaboratively with others. Successful applicants will have:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic computer, math, and writing skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • General knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
