Position Summary Reporting to the ACOO of Transplant Services, the Director, Patient Care Services (Transplant Clinic, Post Transplant Care and Outreach) plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates all clinical and operational activities within the UI Health transplant clinics and post transplant care. The Director is responsible for the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care; oversight of nursing practice, staffing, quality, safety, supplies, and resource utilization; and ensuring efficient clinic operations and continuity of care across the transplant continuum. The role provides leadership for personnel management, staff development, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration, while driving patient outcomes and achieving departmental and organizational goals.
