Product Development Manager II Job Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for the development and overall success of the product strategies for the assigned product line. The Product manager will manage the process to identify, assess and implement products and services, including the development and oversight of the product roadmap and the lifecycle management of the product. This role acts as the product subject matter expert and works collaboratively with internal business areas and external customers to gather feedback, develop strategies, create requirements and participate in implementation. This role engages cross functionally within the health plan to promote strategies and tactics to drive innovation, growth and efficiency through product development. Additionally, this role monitors product performance and recommends product strategies, which could include new products or services, benefit enhancements or sunsetting underperforming products or product features. This role contributes to the overall success of the products including membership growth, margin, customer experience and other key operational metrics. Responsibilities:
