- Develop classified and unclassified test programs, strategies, plans, procedures, and reports using system requirements documents and engineering requirements
- Plan and conduct developmental and operational test activities for PM PNT products and supported clients and platforms
- Support testing across cybersecurity; hardware and software components; subsystem and system development; compatibility; acceptance; functional and integration testing; full qualification; field testing; environmental and stress screening; electromagnetic interference and compatibility; and TEMPEST
- Coordinate the people, stakeholders, equipment, instrumentation, and data-collection systems needed to achieve test objectives
- Execute test events and actively support assigned test tasks to ensure safe, efficient, and well-documented operations
- Upload test-event data sheets; prepare test incident reports (TIRs) when appropriate; and support troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Analyze and interpret test data, identify key findings and implications, brief leadership on product performance, and recommend next steps
- Develop, review, comment on, and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Test Readiness Review (TRR) briefings, test plans, test procedures, and test reports
- Prepare classified and unclassified briefings and updates, and support technical and program reviews before, during, and after SSR, SFR, PDR, CDR, and TRR events
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams and working groups; provide input to integrated master schedules, risk management, and budget planning
- Help draft Statements of Objectives, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, performance specifications, and related solicitation documents; provide technical support for proposal evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely TIR tracking in Jira
- Load current software releases on MAPS, DAPS, and DME systems and verify that systems are properly configured and ready for test
- Maintain accountability for test equipment and planned events; assist with inventory, packing, unpacking, setup, checkout, and movement of equipment, including vests and antennas
- Assist with keying devices using communications security software

- DoD secret security clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least seven (7) years of experience testing Department of Defense products or systems; or a master's degree in engineering and at least five (5) years of relevant DoD testing experience
- Experience developing and executing test strategies, plans, procedures, and reports for complex hardware and software systems
- Ability to analyze technical data, explain the significance of test results, and present clear recommendations to technical and program leadership
- Strong coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-communication skills
- Ability to work in classified environments and participate in Secret-level meetings, as required
