You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: https://jhh.mybenefitsjhhs.com/ Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the non-clinical operating infrastructure of the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) day center. This role oversees facilities, transportation, dining, front desk, participant flow, and vendor management to ensure the center operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable PACE regulations. The position works closely with the Clinical Operations Manager to support a seamless participant experience. Key Responsibilities

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
