We're seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our client's vibrant team, where your organizational prowess and strategic insights will directly shape how millions of customers interact with a beloved brand. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and providing critical insights that directly influence business decisions and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do



  • Execute quality assurance and post-send validation for email, SMS, and push campaigns.
  • Manage campaign calendars, deployment details, trackers, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for creative assets and various marketing channels.
  • Perform basic data pulls, create dashboards, and interpret A/B test results using analytics platforms.
  • Coordinate and support testing programs, collaborating with external partners.
  • Assist with promotional planning and execution efforts.
  • Capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, prepare briefs, and maintain overall project hygiene.
  • Provide adaptable operational support as priorities evolve.


What You'll Bring



  • Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM), lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to comfortably manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance for marketing campaigns.
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms, project management tools, and/or customer messaging platforms.
  • A proactive mindset, taking ownership of tasks and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Comfort and familiarity working across email, SMS, and push marketing channels.

  • Experience with advanced marketing technology platforms.
